New Delhi, India – E-commerce giant Amazon is gearing up to launch a new fashion and lifestyle vertical in India, named ‘Bazaar’, which will focus on offering trendy, unbranded products at affordable prices.
In a recent communication sent to its partners, Amazon revealed that Bazaar will be a special store where vendors can sell their products without any additional charges. The company emphasized that Bazaar will provide a platform for customers to easily discover and purchase these products.
The items available on Bazaar will be priced under Rs 600, making them accessible to a wide range of consumers. Additionally, Amazon assured sellers that Bazaar will grant them access to millions of customers, offer hassle-free delivery, and impose zero referral fees.
This move comes as Amazon continues to expand its presence in the Indian e-commerce market, which is known for its price-sensitive consumers. By introducing Bazaar, Amazon aims to cater to the growing demand for affordable, trendy fashion and lifestyle products.
